So Tired...

Okay, so it has been a wonderful, yet draining weekend. Friday, I basically did nothing (not too unusual) but sleep well for once (did I mention I haven't been sleeping that well?). Saturday, I went to se The Incredibles with my role-playing quest group, which was awesome. Big Ben Winter, Dave, Jeff and I went to an early showing, and it totally rocked. It has Samuel L. Friggin' Jackson in it, for Christ's sake! The only downside was the obnoxious lady behind us who kept rudely telling us to shut up during the previews. Now, I know how painful it can be when an audience member spends the entire movie talking. It's horrendously inconsiderate. You may think that you are as funny as the guys on MST3k, but the sad truth of the matter is that you are not. Save it for an empty theater, or a movie you rented. However, until the actual film starts, everything is fair game. I don't get pissed off if someone talks during the previews, especially the pre-preview advertising. Hence, the lady really had nothing to complain about. Once the opening short started, we made no utterances outside of the frequent outburst of laughter at humorous moments. The only downside is that she probably thinks we went quiet because of her, which couldn't be further from the truth. Oh well. She didn't ruin the movie for me, in spite of her best efforts. Yesterday was spent working with the youth group, and then constructing a Platonic Dialogue about Possible Worlds with Bower. Then wrote the beginnings of a paper for Imperial Russia. Oh, and next weekend, I've got a date.
