If you only knew...
So I just got a message from an old friend from way back when, rather out of the blue. I hadn't spoken with him in almost five years, and yet, there he was. At any rate, that was a pleasant surprise.
In other news, it has been hellishly unpleasant in the 'Kane. 90 degree heat is what makes me think that replacing the sun with an innert lump of iron would be a good idea. It has not been helped by the fact that my car is in the shop right now, finally getting a full repair after the october accident. At any rate, I have been riding the bus to and from work, which means walking almost a mile to the bus stop (which is unpleasant, due to the previously-alluded-to weather). The ride itself is not too bad. I just bring a book and relax. My room-mate thought I might be scared, but he was unaware that I used to ride the metro to school in Seattle, so really, Spokane Transit holds no terrors for me. Hell, Jack Samson was scarier than Spokane Transit, and he really wasn't all that scary.

Yeah, it's funny, I keep thinking that summer only happens here in LA, like it is SoCal's punishment for me, and then I talk to my mom and it's 97 degrees up there, too. I hate this season. Bring on the Fall!
Yes, the advent of mild weather will be much appreciated by this one.

Umm...yeah, the previous post makes about as much sense as accusing a 4-year-old kid from Indonesia of the holocaust. Obviously, the poster has mistaken me for someone else. For this reason, his/her post has been deleted. I do not hold truck with random-ass vague threats being issued towards me and mine on this site. God, I feel like I'm in the Big Lebowski. Next thing you know, I'm going to have some thugs peeing on my rug, which I will have you know, really set the room off quite nicely.
