Spring Breaking!

That's right. It's spring friggin' break. And about damned time, too. Since the last update, much fun has been had. On Friday night, it was just a normal geekish evening with Dave and Trevor, playing Halo and KOTOR II (finally got a lightsaber. About damned time!). Saturday afternoon, Trev and I went over to Fizzy's for a few drinks, and then we went over to Ryan and Cassie's to help them make their d20 NID characters. Afterwards, we returned to the abode of Dave, Trev, and Jeff for some serious multiplayer action on Halo. We managed to get together about 12 players, all linked up and everything. The result was massive insanity. Phobos, Darash and myself all brought beer, in addition to the liquor that G-fate had in stock so we were nice and buzzed all the way through. Yeah, it was insane. K-dunc and I teamed up midway through as the Wonder Twins, form of: SHOTGUN! At any rate, it was fun. Sunday, I taught Sunday School as usual. In the evening, we began serious planning of the Easter Sunrise Service. I felt that it went well. I'm also going to give a talk at next weekend's M2 event, which I need to write. It should be good. Well, that's about all there is to report as far as current events go.

Other news: So what's the deal with Blue Raspberry? At what point does a drink the color of windex lend itself to the flavor of raspberry? You may as well make it Blue Watermelon or something equally strange. I remain confused and angry about this.

Other other news: If I were a pathological liar, wouldn't I be the most trustworthy individual on the planet? You'd always know that I was lying, about any given subject, and you could therefore rely on me to tell you what a given thing isn't. Clever, eh?

Other other other news: In case you forgot, I'm on spring break!

Here's the thing: Pathological liars (of whom I know 2) don't usually lie about everything. Instead, they have certain topics (like family or school) about which they compulsively lie, but are mostly honest (at least as honest as the rest of us) in other areas.

Yay for getting lit ad playing video games! The sign that you truly have arrived, I think! :)
